breakology
Breakology is held every Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm in the game room. The teacher, Marc Jennings a.k.a B-Boy Pauz, is an excellent instructor who works with both young adults and toddlers. Break dancing (also called breaking, b-boying/b-girling) originated in New York City around the 1970s. The music used in break dancing is a mix of a large variety of genres such as jazz, soul, funk, R&B, and much more. It is a distinct way to become flexible, gain upper body strength, and have rhythm. B-Boy Pauz says, “Not only can you benefit from having this type of skill, you have fun at the same time.”
