martial arts

Martial Arts is held every Saturday, 10:30am-12:30pm in the community room. Master Jimmy McCullough teaches his young students a form of art that practices combat skills, self-defense, fitness, and self-confidence. Many people had to defend themselves at one point in their lives and different techniques have been developed because of this. Martial arts is an excellent way of defending yourself.
