Welcome all! On Sunday, October 8, 2006. We held our welcoming event to invite our fellow and loved public to our exicitng and various programs provided at . From our relaxing and meditating yoga class to our high kicking “Hay-Ya” tai-chi class.FREE! We gave out flyers and had fun games to entertain our audience. Any questions you had were answered to you on that day and your feedback was greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who attended and are currently attending our programs.
