tai chi

Tai Chi is held every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 10:30am-12:00pm in the game room. The instructor, Cheryl Yonker, teaches a type of exercise that is sometimes described as “meditation in motion”. Tai chi originated in China 2,000 years ago as a form of self-defense. Not only is it graceful, but it is also beneficial to a person’s health. Tai chi reduces stress, builds flexibility, and increases balance - especially for seniors.
